INGREDIENTS
6 Tbsp butter, cubed
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 orange juice
2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 medium bananas. sliced
1/2 tsp rum extract
3 pints vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
DIRECTIONS
1. In a small saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon. Cook and stire over medium heat for 4 -5 mins or until sauce is smooth.
2. Stir in bananas; heat through. Remove from heat; stir in extract.
3. Serve warm over ice cream. Sprinkle with coconut.
